What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Bancontact, Ideal,
Multibanc, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal as payment methods.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can I track my order?
To track your order just open the chat box on our website, enter the order number and you will receive the information you need, if you want a more detailed tracking the carrier will provide you with a link to the order, where you can track in real time where your order is. If you still have questions, you can always contact support through the channels offered, we will be happy to help.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping times for Portugal (for Portuguese products)
- Standart ( Estimated Delivery: 2-7 business days) after the order is submitted.
Shipping times for USA and Canada
- Standard (Estimated Delivery: 2-7 Business days) after the order is submitted.
Shipping times for Australia
- Standard (Estimated Delivery: 6-15 Business days) after the order is submitted.
Additional information
- The time frame for the rest of the world is typically 12 to 21 business days, after the order is submitted.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsability, apart from advising you of any know delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date.
- Please keep in mind that our production time can increase depending on the demand (holidays and high-volume seasons may cause production time to increase).
- The costumers is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
- The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).
- The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
- The order contains 12 or more items.
However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support team for a status update.
How to choose the right size?
On allproducts, we have a size guide where you can take measurements of your own clothes that you wear daily and see if the product is the right size for what you want. If you have any more specific questions, you can always contact support through the channels offered.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver almost all over the world. If you have any questions, this information is available in our shipping policies.
Do you have a physical store where I can try on the items?
At the moment we only have an online store, we haven't thought about opening a physical store yet.
Are the products original?
All the products have unique designs, are completely made by us, and we can make any kind of alteration that the person wants.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I have made the payment?
You can always contact support after you have placed your order, if you have made a mistake or forgotten something, we can see as soon as possible what we can do for you and your order. If you want to cancel, this can only be possible if your order has not already gone into production.
